Key Duties- Conducting RF and other mission‑essential analysis for proposals, studies, trades, and programs.
- Act as client‑facing lead for projects in the national security space and other mission areas.
- Plan and execute analysis efforts in coordination with internal and external clients.
- Enthusiastically participate in the technical growth of junior engineers and analysts.
- Utilize your creativity and problem‑solving skills to think outside the box and address novel technical challenges.
- Bachelor's degree in a Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) field.
- Familiar with RF principles and orbital mechanics.
- Experience developing tools and performing spacecraft mission analysis using MATLAB.
- Experience using Systems Tool Kit (STK).
- Experience collaborating with senior customers and stakeholders.
- Must have an active Top Secret clearance prior to start (with a current investigation or CV date) and be able to obtain a TS/SCI clearance.
- Master's degree with strong Math, Physics, and/or Statistics background.
- Active TS/SCI clearance.
- Experience with antenna design (feeds, reflectors, phased arrays, etc.).
- Experience with state estimation and geolocation analysis.
- Experience managing projects, often in ambiguous situations.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate successfully between multiple engineering disciplines.
- Experience in the national security space and related mission areas.
- Demonstrated problem‑solving and analytical skills from a systems perspective.
- Strong communications and teamwork skills.
- Unbridled enthusiasm for the broader space and national security mission area.
This position requires a government security clearance; you must be a U.S. Citizen for consideration. Clearance Level: TS/SCI.
Location & ScheduleOnsite Full‑time:
The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. Schedule for this Position: 9‑x‑80 every other Friday off.
Annual base salary range in California, Massachusetts, New York, Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington D.C.: $123,500 – $217,695 (other states: salary will reflect location). Benefits offered:
