THE WORK
Lockheed Martin is seeking a talented Software Engineering Manager with a Final Top Secret security clearance to work from our Littleton, CO location. We are looking for a Software Engineering Manager to help lead the team to build and deliver operational capabilities and capture new business opportunities. As Software Engineering Manager you will:

• Lead the development of innovative enterprise, Cloud and application-based solutions for mission management and command and control along with world-class operations and sustainment capabilities of space- based programs in support of national security.
• Lead a SAFE Agile Product team of individual contributors in support of product team execution whose primary focus is on the design, development, and testing of a combined hardware/software solution for operational delivery.
• Collaborate with program leadership to drive program execution to deliver commitments within cost and schedule
• Be responsible for leading and developing the team to staff program needs, to develop and grow critical skills, and manage performance through Full Spectrum Leadership
• Be responsible for recruiting, staffing, training, career mentoring, and performance management of individual contributors, building string teams
