Lockheed Martin is seeking a Systems Engineering Manager to join the Conventional Prompt Strike (CPS) Platform System's Systems Engineering, Integration, & Test (SEIT) team to manage the Test Engineering team.
In this role, you will be:
- Responsible for the oversight, staffing, and leadership of the Test Engineering team within the Platform Systems SEIT organization.
- Drive the overall test programs within the Platform Systems span of control by ensuring the timely planning, support, and execution of the test programs.
Travel Requirements:
Travel may be expected for extended periods (up to 1 month durations at a time) to support significant test campaigns at government test ranges.
- Active Secret or Top Secret security clearance.
- Missile or launcher segment test experience.
- Experience interacting with Navy SSP Customer and China Lake Test Facility.
- Experience leading geographically diverse teams.
- Excellent organizational and verbal/written communication skills and interpersonal skills to promote teamwork with internal and external customers.
