Lockheed Martin is seeking a driven Project Engineer to join the Conventional Prompt Strike (CPS) Platform Systems' Systems Engineering, Integration, & Test (SEIT) Team.

In this role you will join a growing team responsible for supporting and managing the execution of the Platform Systems' Elements requirements, designs, verification and validation, and testing efforts necessary to field onto the US Navy surface and subsurface platforms.

Responsibilities
  • Support the Platform System SEIT Senior Manager, Test Manager, and Platform Systems SE&I Manager within the CPS Platform Systems Integrated Product Team (IPT). This is a critical integration position that will require working across the Lockheed‑led industry team and working with multiple US Navy stakeholders.
  • Engage with LM and industry teams to manage the Platform Systems SEIT schedule, dependencies, and critical efforts leading to CPS weapon system fielding on US Navy platforms.
  • Coordinate inter-team dependencies and drive transparency across program elements, anticipating obstacles to performance.
Desired Skills
  • Experience with project management and integrated schedule development.
  • Familiarity with US Navy Strategic Systems Program (SSP) Customer.
