• Interact with multiple functions and varying leadership levels, including Program Finance, Program Management, and Functional Leaders, while working with the entire planning team to translate authorized customer requirements into the performance measurement baseline
• Develop and maintain compliant Integrated Master Schedules that accurately and comprehensively validate contractual scope, workflow, and resources required to execute the program
• Ensure EIA-748 guidelines are followed regarding schedule
• Actively maintain cost, schedule, and technical accuracy by regularly coordinating with the cost team, CAM, and technical team
• Serve as a liaison by maintaining, publishing, and presenting relevant planning and scheduling information and metrics to provide visibility to management #LMSpace Program Planners
Basic Qualifications:
• Minimum of 4-6 years of relevant professional experience in planning or scheduling
• Extensive experience in a project management schedule networking tool such as Open Plan (preferred), Primavera, Artemis, MS Project, or another comparable scheduling/planning tool
• Proven experience with Earned Value Management (EVM) principles and practices including Cost/Schedule Integration, Earned Value Metrics, Performance Measurement/Reporting, and Project Control and Forecasting
• Experience in compiling, preparing and presenting project briefings to internal management and external customers
• Must be a United States citizen and be able to obtain and maintain a TS/SCI security clearance
Desired
Skills:
• 6+ years of relevant professional experience in planning or scheduling
• Bachelors degree from an accredited college
• Active TS/SCI security clearance
• Expert experience in a schedule networking tool, such as Deltek Open Plan (preferred) or Microsoft Project Server, as well as Microsoft Office Suite experience
• Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) development and maintenance
• Experience with @Risk, One Pager Pro
• Experience with Data Driven Metric compliance requirements and surveillance
• Advanced experience with Earned Value Management (EVM) principles and practices including Cost/Schedule Integration, Earned Value Metrics, and Performance Measurement/Reporting
• Demonstrated team building skills
• Demonstrated influencing and relationship management skills
• Strong influencing and relationship management skills
• Proven experience with conducting Schedule Risk Assessments (SRAs) using Monte Carlo simulations
• Ability to work independently as well as part of an integrated team
• Ability to compile, prepare, and present information to management and customers
• Ability to communicate and work effectively across multiple disciplines
