Buyer Procurement Analyst —

We are a national aerospace and defense staffing agency seeking highly qualified candidates for a position with a top-tier client.

• Source, purchase, plan, and schedule materials, components, and services required for production.
• Manage material flow through all stages of production and inventory.
• Review and approve invoicing and purchase order closeout activities.
• Identify material and component requirements based on engineering and production specifications.
• Coordinate procurement and planning to meet manufacturing timelines and delivery schedules.
• Analyze supplier data and pricing to ensure best value while maintaining quality and reliability.
• Review supplier proposals, negotiate pricing and terms, and select or recommend suppliers.
• Track supplier performance and monitor on-time delivery of materials.
• Collaborate with production,warehouse, and engineering teams to ensure timely material availability.
• Maintain accurate records of purchase orders, supplier performance, and material movement.
• Ensure compliance with procurement policies, cost targets, and operational goals.

• Proficient in ERP/MRP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or Net Suite

• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills for data tracking and reporting.
• Ability to read and write in English

• Must successfully complete a medical exam prior to hire.
• Must be a U.S. Citizen (as defined by ITAR).
