• Perform main aspects of EMI testing: planning, writing test procedures, overseeing equipment availability, setting up tests, executing tests, and preparing test reports for stakeholders and customers.
• Apply and grow electromagnetic engineering skills to translate customer needs into fully derived system requirements and solutions.
• Conduct functional analysis, timeline analysis, detail trade studies, requirements allocation, and interface definition studies to convert customer requirements into hardware and software specifications.
• Support requirements sell‑off by compiling, organizing, executing, evaluating, and documenting compliance verification processes at both the package and system levels.
• Collaborate with the E3 Engineering team, receiving mentorship from senior experts while supporting multiple programs.

• Expertise and familiarity with Mil Std 461/464 requirements and applicable test methods.
• Expertise in Electromagnetic Compatibility (EMC) theory.
• Active or current Top Secret security clearance; U.S. citizenship required.

• Experience with satellite and/or missile systems and/or box‑level test and analysis (or equivalent).
• Proficiency with MATLAB, Excel, CST/EMA3D (3‑D modeling), and PSPICE or equivalent.
• Experience generating EMC/E3 Control Plans, procedures, lab reports, or equivalent.
• EMC analysis expertise.
• Strong Microsoft Office application skills.
• Demonstrated systems thinking skills and behaviors.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, proactive self‑starter, and demonstrated teamwork and leadership.
• Enthusiastic learner, independent thinker, and team player.

This position requires a government security clearance. Applicants must be U.S. citizens. Clearance level: TS/SCI.

Standard 40‑hour week, with optional 9x80 schedule (every other Friday off).

Annual base salary range (California, Massachusetts, New York, Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington, and Washington DC): $109,200 – $192,510.
