Location: Littleton, CO
Contract: Up to 6 months, strong potential for full‑time hire
Schedule: 1st shift, Mon–Fri, 7:30 AM–4:00 PM (with occasional weekends or extended hours)
Work Environment: Advanced, state‑of‑the‑art cleanroom
Pay: $30–$45/hour (DOE)
Job Description- Assembling and validating high‑precision flight hardware, including mechanical assemblies, electrical components, cables, harnesses, and power systems.
- Following detailed engineering drawings, schematics, and procedures to ensure flawless execution.
- Partnering with engineers on proto@type builds, testing efforts, and continuous improvement projects.
- Identifying, troubleshooting, and reporting non‑conformances to maintain aerospace‑grade quality.
- Supporting process optimization and assisting with equipment maintenance.
- Hands‑on experience with electromechanical assembly, wiring, and testing.
- Proficiency with hand tools, multimeters, oscilloscopes, and blueprint/schematic interpretation.
- Understanding of ESD protocols and aerospace‑quality standards.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and meticulous attention to detail.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work comfortably in a cleanroom environment.
- U.S. Person status required for ITAR compliance.
- Bonus:
Technical training or certifications in electronics or mechanical assembly.
