Electrical Engineer​/FPGA Designer and Verification Engineer; BT

The Electrical Engineer/FPGA Designer & Verification Engineer will support the space program located in Littleton, CO.

• Responsible for ASIC & FPGA development on R&D program.
• Responsible for overall contribution to design, simulation, verification, integration & test of complex, high speed products.
• Assist in developing more affordable ways to automate and develop scripts to improve FPGA development efforts.
• Cross discipline collaboration with Systems Architects, RF/Analog & Digital Circuit designers and ASIC/FPGA engineers to create leading edge products for future business growth, contributing to complex systems employing high speed networking concepts.
• Provide support and technical direction to junior engineers.
• Other duties as assigned.

• This position requires US Citizenship or Permanent Resident status due to the sensitivity of customer related information.
• Must have a bachelor's degree in the field of electrical engineering
  .
• Must have 6+ years of recent and related work experience.
• Experience developing, testing, and integrating digital signal processing (DSP), high speed digital design, high speed communication AND system-on-chip (SOC) implemented on FPGA platforms.
• Experience with COTS based control platforms AND embedded processors on FPGA platforms.

• This position offers a hybrid work schedule; some travel may be required.
• Schedules are subject to change based on the requirements of the position and/or customer needs.

• Work may involve sitting or standing for extended periods (90% of the time) and may require lifting and carrying up to 25 lbs. (5% of the time).

$156,000 to $187,000, salary will depend on education and experience.
