Full‑Time | Shift: First.
- Work on a Flight Systems engineering team working All Up Round (AUR) missile configurations
- Understand vehicle configurations, system architecture, and drive meaningful requirements and verification efforts
- Coordinate and communicate across multi‑organizational teams to bring an integrated Weapon System and Flight System test solution
- Drive acceptance test definition, derive test requirements, and establish testing architecture
- Support testing activities onsite in Deer Creek Lab, as well as at production facility in Alabama
- Drive continuous process and design improvements by applying corrective actions and driving changes through Engineering Review Board (ERB) and Change Control Board (CCB)
- Broad systems engineering experience (e.g., system architecture and design, systems documentation, system requirements, CONOPs, systems verification)
- Ability to read and interpret engineering documentation (such as Interface Control Documents (ICDs), electrical schematics, CAD models, and assembly‑level engineering drawings)
- Experience with test procedures, test reports, or acceptance testing
- Active or Current Secret security clearance; U.S. Citizenship required
- Experience troubleshooting electrical or networking test issues
- Experience designing, building, or using Electronic Ground Support Equipment (EGSE)
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced technical environment
- Electrically inclined
- Experience with telemetry data streams
- Experience with Python or MATLAB scripting
- Knowledge of Automation Framework or other Lockheed test processes or tools
- Experience as an electrical integrator, Certified Test Conductor (CTC), Responsible Systems Engineer (RSE), or Certified Product Engineer (CPE)
Secret. This position requires a government security clearance; U.S. citizenship is required.

Onsite Full‑time at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. - Work schedules: 9x80 every other Friday off (standard 40‑hour work week or condensed schedules available).
- Annual base salary range (varies by state): $89,300 – $157,550.
