This position does not support teleworking; the selected candidate must be located near our Lockheed Martin Space facility in Littleton, CO and will be expected to work a flexible 9x80 schedule on‑site full‑time.

As an Electronics Circuit Card Assembly (CCA) Design Engineer, you will be involved from cradle to grave or anywhere in between.

• Reviewing design requirements
• Creating block diagrams
• Creating schematics
• Designing circuit card assemblies (CCA)
• Purchasing all parts on the BOM
• Supporting manufacturing of the CCA
• Performing test checkout of the CCA
• Supporting program box integration

• Bachelor of Science or higher in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline.
• 5+ years of professional experience in designing and analyzing Circuit Card Assemblies (CCA).

• Proficiency with schematic capture tools such as Zuken, Altium or Mentor Graphics.
• Experience performing Worst‑Case Analysis (WCA) on CCA designs.
• Knowledge of card test requirements and processes.
• Strong understanding of electrical circuits, interfaces, and interconnect diagrams.
• Experience with PSPICE, Saber or other electronics simulation tools.
• Excellent presentation, oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a diverse team environment.
• Strong problem‑solving and conflict resolution skills.

Annual base salary range for this position in Colorado is $118,700 - $209,300 (or $136,500 - $236,555 for major metropolitan areas). The role is incentive‑plan eligible and offers a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short‑term and long‑term disability, 401(k) match, flexible spending accounts, EAP, education assistance, parental leave, paid time off, and holidays.
