Location:
This position does not support teleworking; the selected candidate must be located near our Lockheed Martin Space facility in Littleton, CO and will be expected to work a flexible 9x80 schedule on‑site full‑time.

WhatDoes This Role Look Like?
As an Electronics Circuit Card Assembly (CCA) Design Engineer, you will be involved from cradle to grave or anywhere in between.
Key Activities- Reviewing design requirements
- Creating block diagrams
- Creating schematics
- Designing circuit card assemblies (CCA)
- Purchasing all parts on the BOM
- Supporting manufacturing of the CCA
- Performing test checkout of the CCA
- Supporting program box integration
- Bachelor of Science or higher in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline.
- 5+ years of professional experience in designing and analyzing Circuit Card Assemblies (CCA).
- Proficiency with schematic capture tools such as Zuken, Altium or Mentor Graphics.
- Experience performing Worst‑Case Analysis (WCA) on CCA designs.
- Knowledge of card test requirements and processes.
- Strong understanding of electrical circuits, interfaces, and interconnect diagrams.
- Experience with PSPICE, Saber or other electronics simulation tools.
- Excellent presentation, oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a diverse team environment.
- Strong problem‑solving and conflict resolution skills.

Benefits and CompensationAnnual base salary range for this position in Colorado is $118,700 - $209,300 (or $136,500 - $236,555 for major metropolitan areas). The role is incentive‑plan eligible and offers a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short‑term and long‑term disability, 401(k) match, flexible spending accounts, EAP, education assistance, parental leave, paid time off, and holidays.
