Overview
Lockheed Martin Space seeks an Entry Level/Hourly Engineering Aide for Denver, Colorado. This role supports the Conventional Prompt Strike (CPS) program, contributing to hypersonic missile development for the U.S. Navy.
Responsibilities- Provide technical support to systems engineers across system architecture, design, integration, and test.
- Assist with research on vehicle configurations, organizing and presenting results to aid integration issue resolution.
- Perform schedule analysis, identify integration conflicts, and present findings.
- Prepare slide packages and engineering documents.
- Review systems engineering artifacts, helping resolve integration and interface detail issues.
- Execute other technical and organizational tasks as required.
- Associate’s degree in a related discipline, or equivalent experience and/or technical training. Coursework toward a degree may be considered.
- Basic understanding of STEM principles and ability to interpret, generate, and present technical material while problem‑solving.
- Eligibility to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance; U.S. citizenship required.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced technical environment.
- Experience with design, manufacturing, and/or assembly of mechanical and/or electrical products.
- Mechanical/Electrical inclination.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Project).
Secure a Secret clearance. U.S. citizenship is required.
Compensation & BenefitsAnnual base salary range for Colorado: $48,500 – $85,675. Benefits include Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Short‑Term and Long‑Term Disability, 401(k) match, Flexible Spending Accounts, EAP, Education Assistance, Parental Leave, Paid Time Off, and Holidays.
Work ScheduleOnsite full‑time.
Schedule:
9x80 with every other Friday off.
