Job Title: Electrical Engineer/FPGA Designer and Verification Engineer

Responsibilities

• Responsible for ASIC & FPGA development on R&D program.
• Engineer will be a verification UVM expert.
• Provide support and technical directions to junior engineers.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Position requires US Citizenship or Permanent Resident status.
• Must have a bachelor's degree in electrical engineering.
• Must have 11+ years of recent and related work experience.
• Experience verifying FPGA and/or ASIC designs including creating UVM verification environments, test benches, tests and coverage.
• Experience developing more affordable ways to automate and develop verification scripts to improve FPGA verification efforts.
• Experience with cross-discipline collaboration with RTL Designers, Systems Architects, RF/Analog & Digital Circuit designers and ASIC/FPGA engineers to create leading‑edge products for future business growth, contributing to complex systems employing high‑speed networking concepts.
• Ability to contribute to simulation, verification, integration & test of complex, high‑speed products.

Work Location

• Hybrid work schedule; some travel may be required.
• Schedules subject to change based on requirements of the position and/or customer needs.

Background Investigation

• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, TEAMS).
• Team player with strong work ethics and culture orientation.
• Excellent communication skills, verbal and written.
• Ability to follow company programs, processes, procedures, practices, requirements, goals, and objectives.
• Organized with good time management skills and able to work outside normal schedule.
• Work may involve sitting or standing for extended periods (90% of time); may require lifting up to 25 lbs. (5% of time).
• Regular attendance per established work schedule is critical.

$180,000 to $200,000; salary depends on education and experience.
