About the Role

Lockheed Martin Space is seeking a highly motivated and detail‑oriented System Integration & Test Engineer Associate to join our team in Littleton, CO to work in a lab environment. As an early‑career professional, you will play a key role in supporting customer test needs and requirements by developing and implementing test solutions that meet technical, schedule, and cost constraints.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the development of test solutions that meet customer requirements and technical standards
  • Implement functional and technical test standards to ensure high‑quality test results
  • Apply basic understanding of test engineering disciplines, including test planning and mechanical/electrical troubleshooting
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to design, develop, and execute tests for complex systems
  • Work with pressurization, ordnance, and cryogenic systems to develop and implement test solutions
Qualifications Basic Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related engineering field (such as Aerospace Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Systems Engineering) from an accredited college or university
  • Current or former Certified Test Conductor (CTC) or equivalent
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen

    Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules. Schedules range from a standard 40‑hour week to condensed schedules, providing additional flexibility and time away from the office. These schedules are in addition to Paid Time Off benefits
  • Schedule for this Position: 9x80 schedule with every other Friday off
  • Pay Rate: $89,300–$157,550 (annual base salary). Salary varies by state and location
