Littleton Public Schools is a premier district dedicated to providing a rigorous and comprehensive educational experience for all students. Serving approximately 13,500 students from Pre-K through age 21, the district includes one early childhood education center, 10 elementary schools (K-5), four middle schools (6-8), and three high schools (9-12), along with six alternative education schools and two K-8 charter schools. Serving a diverse population of 1,050 students from across the metropolitan area, LHS is a destination school known for its warm, welcoming climate and world-class academic pathways. As an International Baccalaureate (IB) World School, LHS provides a rigorous global framework through the Middle Years Program for all underclassmen and a thriving Diploma Program for juniors and seniors.

• Master s degree required.
• Hold or be eligible to hold a Colorado administrative license at the time of the interview.
• Minimum of five years  experience in school administration.
• Principal experience preferred.

• Knowledge of student assessment and data analysis for instruction and continuous improvement

• Planning, organization, management, supervision, and evaluation skills
• Experience in hiring certified and classified staff
• Ability to develop collaboration and teamwork skills
• Ability to create and foster a positive and inclusive school culture and climate with an equity focus
• Ability to communicate, support, and partner with diverse groups in the school and community
• Knowledge and skills in fostering equity and innovation for all students and the total school program
• Strategic planning, problem-solving, and project management skills

This is a 253 day contract

Salary Range:
Minimum $121,543 to Midpoint $148,183
