Administers and supervises the organization and operation of the best possible learning environment for students of the school.

• Implement effective instructional and curricular practices responsive to student needs, district direction, and a standards‑based model.
• Utilize staff, student, district, and community resources to develop and maintain highly effective instructional and co‑curricular programs.
• Responsible for day‑to‑day operations of the physical plant, including a $12  voulez budget design and allocation, purchase of instructional supplies, materials, equipment, and coordination of the capital reserve process.
• Develop and maintain effective communication among students, the community,tight faculty, and administration.
• Plan and implement human resources activities: hiring, mentoring, discipline, terminations; staffing design/master schedule; professional development; evaluations.
• Perform other related duties as assigned or requested.
• Oversee construction and safety of staff and students during emergency procedures.
• Ensure compliance with state accreditation, accountability, and school improvement requirements by addressing state‑wide student academic achievement, patterns of low performance, and achievement discrepancies.
