Candidate will have the ability to work in partnership as a girls head coach to run a comprehensive high school 5A cross country program. The candidate should either have, or be willing to get LPS and CHSAA certified. In addition, the candidate should be willing to mentor coaches and develop lower levels of the program. A knowledge of race rules in addition to strong organizational skills is needed.
Candidate should be an experienced leader in the conditioning and skills necessary to develop strong student-athlete long distance runners.
