• Have experience building a book of business or growing a client portfolio

• Strengthen relationships with our Select Employer Groups (SEGs) through outreach.
• Build strong, consultative relationships by listening, asking questions, and guiding members to the right products.
• Conduct proactive outreach to identify new lending and deposit opportunities.
• Provide end‑to‑end support‑applications, documentation, closing, and follow‑up.
• Attend occasional Community events

This is a full‑time,
in‑person role (Monday–Friday with rotating Saturday mornings). Remote work is not available. The position is based at our Lockheed Martin Waterton facility full time.
