We are seeking an outgoing & professional Front Office Coordinator to join our dental team! You will perform clerical and administrative functions along with patient coordination. Professional appearance speech and demeanor are very important to our practice.
Responsibilities- Draft correspondences and other formal documents
- Plan and schedule patient appointments & surgeries
- Greet and assist onsite patients
- Answer inbound telephone calls
- Maintain organized filing systems
- Keep the office organized and clean
- Create custom patient estimates for procedures
- Collect & Post payments
- Gather Dental Insurance Benefits, Claim Submissions & Insurance coordination
- Previous experience in office administration/dental/medical or other related fields is preferred, but not required
- Humble, friendly, dependable & professional personality
- Excellent and professional written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Detailed organizational skills
