Salary Range: $72,000 – $95,000 per year (Commensurate with experience)

We are seeking a detail-oriented and tech-savvy Accountant to join our growing finance team in Littleton. This is a critical role responsible for the integrity of our financial records, from daily transaction coding to high-level month-end and year-end closing processes.

• Core Accounting:
  Manage all daily credits, debits, and journal entries. Ensure accurate posting for accruals and deferrals
• Reconciliations & Cash:
  Perform full general ledger and bank reconciliations. Oversee cash entries, receipts, and disbursements
• Financial Reporting:
  Prepare monthly management reports and assist with the preparation of year-end financial statements
• Tax & Compliance:
  Handle Sales & Use Tax filings and Ad Valorem (property tax) assessments across multiple jurisdictions
• Commission Tracking:
  Calculate and verify commission structures to ensure accurate and timely payouts
• Cycle Management:
  Lead the Month-End and Year-End close processes, ensuring all accounts are balanced and deadlines are met

• Education:
  
  Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (Required)
• Technical
  
  Skills:
  
  High proficiency in MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs) and experience navigating complex ERP systems
• Expertise:
  Solid understanding of GAAP, accrual-based accounting, and financial reporting standards
• Precision:
  An eagle eye for detail—you spot a reconciliation error before it becomes a headache
• Communication:
  The ability to translate complex financial data into clear reports for management
