Growing Organization Based in South Denver. We are partnering with a privately held, growing organization in South Denver that is hiring a Senior Accountant as part of a thoughtful team evolution. • Lead and support a team of approximately five accounting professionals
• Oversee day to day accounting operations and ensure accurate financial reporting
• Serve as a hands on leader who can both review work and jump in when needed
• Partner closely with leadership on priorities, improvements, and decision making
• Help guide the team through a period of transition and continued growth
• Maintain strong processes while contributing ideas to improve how things are done

• At least 3-5 years experience in accounting, leadership background is a must
• Bachelor s degree in Accounting or Finance
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative leadership style
• Comfort working in a smaller, fast moving organization
• Positive energy, accountability, and a team first mindset

• Location: South Denver near Englewood/Littleton area
• Compensation: $100,000 - $120,000
• Schedule: Hybrid with three days onsite and two days remote
• Employment Type: Full time, permanent
• Start Date: ASAP
• Requirement: Must be local to the Denver area
