More AboutThe Role
- Assemble all product that goes through final assembly
- Assist in new cell layout projects/ergonomics
- Assist with special work instructions – custom and modified orders;
Document assembly instructions - Assist and lead in new product introductions
- Read, interpret and train others on production coding;
Train and assist cell members focusing on ballast wiring - Inspect product to routing and BOMs;
Handle routine revisions to BOM revisions – verify accuracy and process form - Address quality related issues; NCR approval; ISO
9001 procedures, etc; filling out related reports - Filling in for absent workers on a line; assisting on any line with high priority orders
- Experience working in a manufacturing facility wiring ballasts and assembling fixtures or electrical/electronic parts
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Ability to read and speak English;
Ability to complete production documents in English - Ability to physically move materials used in the production area; lift up to 50 lbs
- Understanding of quality documents and ISO procedures
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without current or future company sponsorship needs.
