Substitute or On Call position

Pay Rate starts at $14.28 per hour and increases with experience.

• Medication Monitoring
• Assistance in client homes (onsite) with ADLs (Activities of Daily Living)
• Driving clients to appointments/activities in an agency vehicle (Van)
• General property/household chores
• Ability to complete documentation on the computer (electronic medical record)
• Provide human services assistance and advocacy for our clients living with chronic mental health disorders.
• Provide trauma-informed supportive listening services to assist residents during times of crisis.

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Pass Initial Screening, PACriminal, Pre-Employment Drug Screen, and Motor Vehicle Clearances
• Physically able to complete CPR/First Aid
• Must have a valid Driver'sLicense and a clean driving record.
