Pay: $15.00/hr

We are seeking a reliable and motivated Frontline Team Member to join our Textbook Distribution Center. In this role, you’ll play a vital part in ensuring educational materials are delivered accurately and on time to students and educators. This is a hands‑on position in a fast‑paced environment, with opportunities to grow and advance within the company.

• Regularly lift and move boxes up to 50 lbs and push utility carts up to 60 lbs
• Stand, walk, bend, squat, reach, push, and pull throughout the shift
• Use carts, dollies, and other equipment to move inventory safely
• Go up and down stairs (where applicable)
• Perform repetitive tasks such as scanning, sorting, and shelving items
• Rotate through distribution center to stay engaged and support team needs

• Collect and organize books as they arrive
• Verify book titles, quantities, and conditions for accuracy
• Ensure all items in an order are properly batched before processing
• Pick books from shelves according to customer orders
• Use handheld scanners and other tools to ensure order accuracy
• Assemble orders efficiently to meet production goals and deadlines

• Pack books securely to prevent damage in transit
• Label packages accurately with shipping and customer details
• Ensure all orders are shipped on time

• Conduct regular inventory checks and report discrepancies
• Assist with restocking and organizing inventory
• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work environment

• Inspect books for damage or defects before processing
• Ensure all packaged orders meet quality standards
• Address and resolve any order issues promptly

• Previous warehouse, distribution, or order fulfillment experience preferred
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Reliable, organized, and able to meet deadlines
• Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
• Basic computer and scanner skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, goal‑driven environment

• Full‑time position with occasional overtime required during peak seasons
• Must be able to stand, walk, and move throughout the distribution center for extended periods
• Work in a Distribution Center environment with varying temperatures
• Flexibility with scheduling during busy seasons
• Competitive starting pay of $15.00/hr
