Our staffing agency is seeking a reliable and experienced Warehouse Shift Supervisor for one of our clients in Little Rock, AR. This morning-shift leadership role is critical to the success of daily warehouse operations within a fast-paced distribution environment. The Warehouse Shift Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing all AM shift activities, ensuring productivity goals are met, safety standards are upheld, and customer expectations are exceeded.
This position requires a hands-on leader who can effectively manage people, prioritize workflows, and maintain operational excellence. The Warehouse Shift Supervisor will serve as the primary point of contact for warehouse associates during the shift, supporting both team performance and continuous improvement initiatives. Our client is looking for someone who thrives in a leadership role, communicates clearly, and leads by example while maintaining a strong focus on safety, quality, and efficiency.

- Supervise and lead warehouse associates during the morning shift to ensure daily production and accuracy goals are met
- Coordinate and oversee receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping operations
- Assign daily work tasks, monitor workflow, and adjust staffing as needed to meet operational demands
- Enforce company policies, procedures, and OSHA safety regulations at all times
- Conduct daily safety meetings and ensure proper use of warehouse equipment
- Monitor employee performance, provide coaching, and address performance or attendance issues
- Train new employees on warehouse procedures, safety standards, and equipment operation
- Utilize warehouse management systems to track productivity, inventory, and performance metrics
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and assist with implementing efficiency initiatives
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a warehouse supervisory or leadership role
- Proven ability to lead, motivate, and manage teams in a fast-paced environment
- Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory control, and distribution processes
- Experience using warehouse management systems and basic reporting tools
- Forklift certification and hands-on experience operating warehouse equipment
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Ability to work morning shifts and meet physical demands of a warehouse setting
