Filter Technician

Position: Filter Technician 1

Starting pay for the technician role will be up to $23.00/ hour, depending on experience and qualifications.

As a Filter Technician with Bonded Filter Company (BFC), you will install air filters primarily in rooftop air ventilation systems and HVAC systems for retail and commercial businesses. BFC specializes in preventative maintenance and provides air quality solutions for some of the most recognized retail and commercial brands in America.

Job Requirements include, but are not limited to:

• FREQUENT overnight/out of town travel
• For insurance purposes, to operate the company vehicle, you must be at least 21 years of age
• Possess and maintain a valid driver's license and have an acceptable driver history subject to continuous review
• Must be comfortable with and confident working at heights up-to 40 feet above ground level and using extension ladders
• Meet ladder safety requirements as defined by OSHA
• Weigh less than 275 pounds due to ladder weight restrictions
• Must be comfortable working outside in all weather conditions
• Must act with integrity at all times
• Must demonstrate a superior customer service attitude
• Must be comfortable using the customer's and company's technology platforms
• Must work independently with remote supervision and the Field Support Team.
• Must be able to work a typical work week that may total 45 - 50 hours
• Must be able to lift and carry up to 75 pounds repeatedly.
