• Facility & grounds maintenance, construction, general labor demands, and other maintenance related job duties in support of the Little Rock State Office.

• Formal education equivalent of a high school diploma.
• One year of experience or training in building construction trades, general building maintenance, or repair/maintenance of mechanical equipment.
• Knowledge of basic carpentry, electrical systems, plumbing, painting, heating, & air conditioning.
• Knowledge of the operation, maintenance, & safety requirements of motorized vehicles & equipment.
• Ability to operate & perform routine maintenance & minor repairs on motorized vehicles & equipment.
• Ability to perform routine building & grounds maintenance work.
• Ability to use, operate, & maintain electrical tools & machinery.

This position may require occasional physical activity, talking frequent activity, talking occasional activity.

Commensurate with experience.
