Job Title: Welder/Pipefitter Combo

Location: Columbus, MS (per diem $40 per day worked + hotel paid)

Pay Rate: $24-$32 per hour (Based on experience)

United Trades of America is currently seeking a skilled Welder/Pipefitter Combo to join our team in Columbus
, Mississippi
. The ideal candidate will have expertise in both pipe fitting and welding, ensuring that all installations, repairs, and maintenance tasks are completed to high standards of quality and safety.

• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and project plans to layout and assemble pipes and structures
• Perform precise pipe fitting and welding operations (TIG, MIG, stick) according to industry standards and specifications
• Fit, weld, cut, and install pipes and piping systems for various projects
• Ensure all work meets safety requirements and company policies
• Inspect completed work to ensure compliance with quality standards
• Collaborate with other team members to complete projects on time and within budget
• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to pipe fitting or welding on-site

• Proven experience as a Pipefitter and Welder, with proficiency in both roles
• Ability to read and understand blueprints and technical documents
• Strong knowledge of piping systems and welding processes (TIG, MIG, stick)
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
