Concrete Finisher Job Description

Join our dynamic team of foundation construction workers where you will play a crucial role in building heavy capacity scale foundations. This position involves excavating foundations, grading, erecting forms and rebar, finishing concrete, and operating power tools and equipment. The ideal candidate will have experience in general construction and will complete work in a safe and effective manner. Additionally, the candidate will be required to complete all necessary safety courses under the direction of the job foreman.

Transportation to the office in LR area is required, from there you will travel with the team to the project location each week.

• Oversee and work with a team of foundation construction workers.
• Excavate foundations and perform grading.
• Erect forms and set and tie rebar.
• Finish concrete by pouring and finishing concrete slabs.
• Operate power tools and equipment safely and effectively.
• Ensure all work is completed following safety protocols.

• Concrete experience, including concrete finishing.
• Proficiency in setting forms and tying rebar.
• Ability to help pour and finish concrete.

• Experience in general construction.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $25.00/hr.

This is a fully onsite position in Little Rock, AR.

This position is anticipated to close on Jan 27, 2026.
