Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Maintenance Technician based at Thrive Argenta Apartments in Little Rock, Arkansas. The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for performing routine and preventative maintenance, repairs, and ensuring the safety and functionality of building systems. Responsibilities include troubleshooting issues, completing work orders, maintaining HVAC units, electrical systems, plumbing, and general property upkeep to maximize resident satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Qualifications
  • Skills in general maintenance, including plumbing, electrical work, HVAC repair, and carpentry.
  • Experience in troubleshooting and performing repairs on building systems and equipment.
  • Strong organizational skills to handle work orders and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Knowledge of safety protocols, equipment handling, and preventive maintenance techniques.
  • Effective communication skills to interact professionally with team members and residents.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in an on-site environment.
  • Previous experience in property management or facilities maintenance is preferred.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; relevant technical certifications are a plus.
