Pay rate for the market: upto $22.00 Hourly.

We are looking for an emergency response tire technician for semi‑truck fleets. When a customer experiences a tire failure, a technician is dispatched to the site to repair or change the tire. When no service calls are pending, technicians assist with mounting orders, shop cleanliness, and general duties.

Shift Information

There is a mandatory on‑call rotation. During on‑call periods, technicians must respond to after‑hours service calls with a 95% accept rate, covering weekends and nights. After‑hour calls are paid double time for a minimum of 2 hours per call. For example, a 45‑minute call results in an additional 1 hour 15 minutes of double‑time pay.

Basic Requirements
  • Valid driver’s license and meet commercial driver qualifications.
  • Minimum age 21 years.
  • Legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future.
Preferred Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Previous commercial service tire experience.
About the Role:

What skills will you learn?
  • Servicing commercial tires: dismounting, mounting, and repairing.
  • Perform match mounting, match mating dual assemblies, and radial runout.
  • Inflate tires to prescribed PSI based on load.
  • Comply with OSHA regulations and safety policies, including proper PPE and tire cages.
