As a Plumbing Install Technician with Bert Black, you’ll be the key to delivering high-quality service to our residential clients. Here’s what you’ll be doing:

• Execute flawless installations of plumbing equipment according to manufacturer specifications.
• Ensure every installation complies with applicable codes to avoid refunds and recalls.
• Mentor apprentices and help them grow into rockstar installation techs.
• Install copper lines, handle soldering and brazing, and safely connect gas lines.
• Manage all required documentation (you’ll be a pro with Service Titan).
• Keep your truck stocked, organized, and looking sharp.
• Protect our customers' homes as if they were your own—leaving them cleaner than you found them.

• Licenses/Certifications:
  Journeyman Plumber, or 4th Year Apprentice accepted.
• Education:
  High School diploma or GED required.
• Experience: 3-5 years of plumbing service and repair experience.
• Technical Skills:
  Ability to read blueprints, use tablets/smartphones, and navigate with GPS.
• Driver’s License:
  Must have a valid driver's license and meet insurance requirements.
