• Hourly Pay: $20 to $28, depending on experience and skills

You’ll be serving the Pine Bluff, AR area and surrounding communities within a 45-mile radius, handling consistent residential install projects. As a key member of our install team, you’ll take ownership of your work and make sure every system is set up the right way, the first time. You’ll:

• Set up and install HVAC systems from start to finish
• Replace parts or make repairs as needed during installs
• Use power tools and hand tools safely and efficiently
• Prepare the job site and clean up afterward to keep it professional
• Work closely with other techs to stay on schedule
• Follow all company and safety procedures without compromise

• 1–2 years of hands-on experience in residential HVAC installs (preferred)
• EPA Type IV Certification (required)
• High school diploma or equivalent
• A clean driving record—you’ll be using our company vehicle
• Ability to pass both a background check and drug test
• Physically capable of lifting 50+ pounds and working in tight or elevated spaces
• Comfortable working in residential and small commercial environments
• Attention to detail and pride in a clean, organized workspace
• Can follow directions and work independently without needing constant oversight
