We are looking for a talent ready to drive revenue from consultative industrial sales and expand our presence in Little Rock, AR
.

Reporting directly to the District Sales Manager, you will build a territory, grow earnings by developing repeat business relationships in existing accounts, and open new business. Use hand‑held technology to manage customer inventory and sell new products.

• Maintain and prospect customer relationships.
• Prepare quotations, follow up, negotiate terms, and close transactions.
• Conduct product demonstration sessions and survey market and competitive conditions.
• Complete reports on itineraries, expenses, sales calls, leads, and related data.

• Hands‑on product demonstrations and mechanical aptitude.
• Self‑starter and self‑motivated.
• Relationship‑building skills with customers and prospects.
• Good communication and organizational skills.

• Minimum 1 year B2B sales experience in route sales, territory management, and new business development.
• Industrial/MRO experience is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license and satisfactory driving record.
• Basic Word, Excel, and computer skills (SAP a plus).
• High school diploma or equivalency.
• This position is on‑site and not eligible for relocation benefits.
• Candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S. (no visa sponsorship).
