This is a full‑time on‑site role for an Account Manager, based in Alexander, AR. The Account Manager will manage a portfolio of customers and help grow accounts through excellent communication and smart recommendations.

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts (phone, email, text)
• Resolve concerns quickly and professionally, coordinating with operations/technicians
• Proactively follow up after services, address questions, and reinforce value
• Support retention efforts (renewals, holds, save offers, and service calls)
• Recommend the best programs for each property: lawn fertilization & weed control, Tree & Shrub, and Pest services
• Make outbound calls/texts for upsells, renewals, and seasonal campaigns
• Identify cross‑sell opportunities and explain program benefits clearly
• Meet weekly/monthly sales and retention goals and track results
• Maintain accurate notes and customer details in our CRM
• Schedule and coordinate services with the office and field team
• Process payments, update billing preferences, and assist with installment options
• Document conversations, outcomes, and next steps

• Strong communication skills and confidence on the phone
• Natural relationship‑builder with a customer‑first mindset
• Comfortable with goal‑based work (sales/retention metrics)
• Organized, detail‑oriented, and able to manage multiple accounts
• Tech‑savvy (CRM, email, spreadsheets, texting platforms)
• Prior experience in account management, customer success, inside sales, or service advising is a plus
• Lawn, landscape, or pest industry experience is helpful—but not required (we’ll train the right person)
• Associate/Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent work experience

Compensation: $35,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
