Digital Sales Representative – Auto Auction at United Recovery & Remarketing
Location:
Little Rock, AR | Compensation: $40,000–$47,000

WhatYou'll Be Doing
- Identify and prospect new dealers in the assigned territory (Little Rock and surrounding area)
- Develop and grow relationships with existing dealer partners
- Present our innovative wholesale multi-list digital remarketing program to franchise and large independent dealer groups
- Execute strategic sales plans and consistently meet or exceed sales goals
- Maintain accurate activity records in CRM daily, weekly, and monthly progress
- Handle customer concerns efficiently and professionally
- Support sellers through the process – onboarding, listing, sale, and post‑sale
- Distribute marketing materials to promote our digital services
- Use your knowledge of vehicle values and conditions to guide proper listings
- Stay ahead of market trends and competitors to effectively position our offerings

- Willingness to travel within the territory regularly
- Minimum 5 years of sales experience (automotive or wholesale remarketing preferred)
- 21 years or older
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S.
- Must pass background check and drug screening
- Strong computer skills (CRM systems, Microsoft Office, Excel)
- Willingness to travel throughout assigned territory
- Ability to sit for long periods of time and walk/stand regularly
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and perform physical tasks (stooping, bending, kneeling)
