What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers while prospecting for new accounts to enhance market opportunities
  • Present and promote the employer's portfolio of soft surface and resilient commercial products to meet customer needs
  • Update the CRM database with relevant customer, project, and product information consistently
  • Provide weekly sales and market updates to regional leaders, including insights on competitive activity and product trends
  • Follow up on installation schedules and manage quality issues to ensure customer satisfaction
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of 4 years of sales‑related experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiarity with CRM systems, preferably Dynamics
  • Strong communication, presentation, organizational, and project management skills
  • Willingness to travel overnight (30%)

  • Industry experience in flooring solutions or a related field
  • Strong writing and editing skills to support proposal development and marketing efforts
  • Demonstrated ability to create and implement territory‑specific promotions and merchandising programs
