As a Sales Associate (SA), you will support territory sales activities, provide product in‑service training, and act as liaison between customers and internal teams:

• Work directly with the sales team and customers, communicating internally and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Participate in delivery and implementation planning activities (customer meetings, conference calls, Web Ex training, etc.).
• Use Salesforce to generate new sales opportunities and maintain existing business.
• Meet monthly, quarterly, and annual quotas assigned by the corporation.
• Conduct negotiations and finalize sales agreements.
• Lead all aspects of the installation of new products post‑delivery to customers.

• Outstanding interpersonal skills and public speaking.
• High level of motivation, drive, curiosity, resilience, dedication and integrity.
• Excellent influencing skills and the ability to work in a matrix environment.
• Ability to implement strong strategy plans and bring tasks to completion.
• Effective time‑management skills.
• Strong MS Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). Salesforce knowledge is a plus.
• Ability to travel 75% of the time (may include weekends).
• High‑school diploma or equivalent is required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Previous sales experience preferred.

Estimated base pay range: $60,000 - $65,000 annually. Additional incentive compensation may be earned for achieving or exceeding sales goals.
