• Provide clinical and technical support and training to physicians and staff on the electrophysiology (EP) mapping and navigation system and related products
• Educate and train medical personnel on the safe and effective use of products and procedures
• Develop and cultivate customer relationships to drive incremental business
• Collaborate with sales teams to identify potential sales opportunities and conduct customer training
• Serve as a regional representative to support and influence proficient use of mapping technology

• High school diploma with a minimum of 6 years of related work experience in cardiac mapping and navigation
• Associate degree with a minimum of 4 years of related work experience
• Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 2 years of related work experience
• Valid driver’s license and ability to drive within assigned territory
• Ability to travel up to 25% of the time

• Bachelor’s degree in nursing, cardiovascular, life sciences, or a technical discipline with at least 4 years of experience in the cardiac field
• Proven track record with technical training assignments
• Experience in the cardiac catheter ablation field or EP medical sales
• Willingness to travel more than 25% of the time
