Overview

The Client Solutions Specialist manages, retains and grows existing client relationships through exemplary customer service, solutions stack knowledge and excellent communications skills.

Responsibilities
  • Account Management:
    This position manages and builds relationships with the decision‑makers at assigned customer accounts, boosting satisfaction and ensuring customer retention. It understands customers’ business goals, showcases the benefits of our services, assists with product needs, owns the renewal process, and acts as liaison between the customer and internal product solutions team. Referral generation through customer networks is also part of the role.
  • Technical Assets & Security Reviews:
    Conducts regular technical account reviews to ensure customer systems are optimized and functioning efficiently, identifies areas for improvement, and provides actionable recommendations. Reviews comprehensive security assessments to identify vulnerabilities and recommends security strategies to enhance the customer security posture.
  • Marketing, Education & Recordkeeping:
    Works cross‑functionally with the Marketing Team to attain account growth goals through basic customer education. Participates in team campaigns, follows up with targeted customers, maintains accurate records of customer information and communication in internal CRM systems, and enters time and expenses into the CRM as they occur.
