Overhead Door Company of Little Rock™, a DH Pace Company, Inc., is looking to hire an experienced New Construction Outside Sales Representative in Little Rock, Arkansas who will be responsible for new construction sales on the commercial side of our business, specializing in sectional and rolling door products, loading dock equipment, and high‑speed doors. This position will introduce general contractors to our products and services in Little Rock and surrounding areas.

Position Overview:

• Establish and foster long‑term relationships with general contractors in Little Rock and surrounding areas.
• Meet with decision makers to engineer a door solution for customers’ facilities.
• Develop scope of work for each proposal and personally handle every detail from initial call to closing the sale; must be proficient with Windows‑based programs and sales tools and ideally have worked with blueprints and plans.
• Achieve sales objectives set forth by management, track and record sales leads and activities, and actively participate in sales meetings.
• Provide timely, accurate estimates and proposals.
• Maintain and update a Customer Relationship Management System (CRM) daily.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Prefer a minimum of three (3) years of outside sales experience calling on general contractors, distribution, and industrial markets.
• Must have a strong aptitude for technical applications and/or mechanical systems.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license.
• Ability to read and understand blueprints, coupled with prior estimating experience generating proposals and submittals is a plus; however, not required if capable of learning the process of working with technical applications.

Successful completion of references, employment verifications, background check, drug screen, and driving record (if applicable) is required in advance of hire.
