Kitchen Team Member at Love's Travel Stops. You will provide friendly customer service, maintain a clean and stocked deli area, and contribute to a smooth, high-quality operation.

Welcome to Love’s—we may train you if you have no experience. This role is ideal for team players who enjoy serving customers and working in a fast-paced environment.

• General customer service duties, including answering questions about menu offerings and addressing customer needs; assist store cashier team members in cleaning and maintaining the deli, coffee, and fountain bars with fresh offerings throughout the shift.
• Accurately prepare deli products as instructed in designated preparation guides, including salads, fresh-cut fruit, cold/hot sandwiches and wraps, parfait cups, and more.
• Follow company policies and procedures to maintain proper food safety conditions.
• Cross-train in other departments such as Store Cashier, Restaurant Cashier, Facility Maintenance, and Leadership Roles as needed.
• Ability to move, lift 25+ pounds and work in various temperatures.

• No experience required; on-the-job training provided.
