Retail Scan Associate (Little Rock, AR 72209)

This is a permanent PART‑TIME role.

Scan Scape Retail Scan Associates visit a designated selection of stores each week to scan all product barcodes on displays and in aisle locations, including aisle end caps throughout the store. The data collected is analyzed and used to improve the sales performance of the product and retailer.

Being a Retail Scan Associate offers an opportunity in retail, providing workplace independence, some flexibility in hours, and job consistency. The role involves continuous physical activity throughout the workday.

• Grocery — Benton, AR 72019 (Wednesday or Thursday)
• Grocery — Mabelvale, AR 72103 (Wednesday or Thursday)
• Pets — Little Rock, AR 72211 (Sunday, Monday or Tuesday)

• Perform in‑store data collections at assigned local retailers every week for 52 weeks a year, including holiday weeks.
• Use a downloadable app to scan barcodes throughout each store.
• Estimate 9‑10 hours per week for all stores, depending on store size and project requirements.
• Provide the quantity of about 45% of the products scanned.
• Complete Display Scanning every week.
• Participate in Custom Projects that add 30 minutes to 2 hours each week for some stores.
• Adhere to weekly deadlines and maintain quality and dependability.

• At least 18 years old with a valid driver’s license.
• Reliable vehicle with minimum state auto insurance coverage.
• Ability to endure being on your feet for long periods and access products throughout the store.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds, reach up to 6 feet in the air, and bend/stretch/stoop/stand.
• Ability to perform repetitive movements with hands, wrists, arms, and legs for prolonged periods.
• Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Must be a deadline‑driven self‑starter.
• Must have access to reliable Wi‑Fi.
• Must be tech‑savvy.
• High school diploma or GED (preferred).
