The Food & Beverage team ensures a consistent experience for guests by maintaining product freshness, availability, accurate pricing, and adhering to safety standards. They manage replenishment, inventory accuracy, food safety, presentation, pricing, and promotional signing for all B&F areas of the store.

• Deliver an exceptional guest experience by providing a fresh and abundant shopping experience during all hours of operations.
• Uphold and maintain the execution of Food & Beverage Standards.
• Execute food and beverage processes including deliveries, replenishment, inventory routines, data accuracy, culling, rotation, cleaning, signing, and storage.
• Stay current with promotional events and Starbucks brand specifications.
• Follow all Target and Starbucks routines to deliver a consistent experience while completing tasks efficiently and maintaining food safety.
• Support the Starbucks Drive‑Up process to ensure digital guest orders are fulfilled accurately and on time.
• Maintain an inviting dining area for guests throughout the shift.
• Engage with guests to meet and exceed their expectations based on Starbucks standards.
• Produce hand‑crafted beverages and food to recipe card specifications.
• Monitor and record temperature‑sensitive food items according to best practices.
• Complete all cleaning tasks in the Starbucks space as outlined in best practices.
• Identify and process damaged, recalled, or expired items in accordance with protocol.
• Ensure accurate in‑stock records by placing store‑initiated orders appropriately.
• Follow proper perishable inventory procedures for accurate recording.
• Execute sampling best practices.
• Utilize store tools, products, and services to solve guest issues and improve experience.
• Complete required training and certifications related to product quality control.
• Demonstrate ethical conduct, safety, and compliance.
• Work safely, complying with all safety policies and reporting hazards.
• Support guest services such as back‑up cashier, order pick‑up, and Drive‑Up while maintaining compliance with adult beverage laws.
• Create a welcoming experience by greeting guests during daily tasks.
• Engage guests in a welcoming manner to address their needs.
• Thank guests and communicate appreciation for choosing Target.
• Perform additional duties as required by business needs.

• Enjoy interacting and helping others, including guests and teammates.
• Thrives in a fast‑moving, highly active, physically demanding environment.
• Flexible to work varying hours, days, shifts, nights, weekends, holidays, and peak shopping times.
• Previous Starbucks or food service experience preferred, but not required.
• Welcoming and helpful attitude toward all guests and teammates.
• Ability to communicate on multiple frequency devices and operate handheld scanners and other technology.
• Works independently and as part of a team.
• Resolves guest questions quickly.
• Attention to detail and follows multi‑step processes.
• Stays focused and composed in a fast‑paced environment, completing multiple tasks within established time frames.
• Accurately handles cash register operations when required.
• Ability to climb ladders and lift up to 44 pounds.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality; adaptable to temperatures ranging from 34°F to –10°F.
