Server Part Time

Position Overview

The Summit Senior Living at 16100 Chenal Valley Dr in Little Rock, Arkansas is hiring a Part‑Time Server to join our caring team. We offer competitive pay, daily meal each shift, and a supportive culture that values growth.

Wage: $13.50–$15.50 per hour.

Schedule:

Friday and Saturday, 4 pm–7:30 pm.

• Serve as “Host with the Most” – greet residents, maintain dining room presence, mingle and entertain, create an environment for resident connection.
• Act as “Peppy Prepper” – prepare tables, salads, silverware and ensure readiness for each meal service.
• Be a “Titan of Tidiness” – buss tables, sweep floors, and keep the community clean.

• At least sixteen (16) years of age.
• English proficiency at 8th‑grade level.
• Positive, energetic attitude toward residents.
• Physical stamina for standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping all day and ability to lift/move up to 50 lb.
• Ability to assist residents with sitting, standing, walking and after a fall.
• Criminal clearance required.
