- Location: Dream Little Rock 1602 Green Mountain Drive, Little Rock AR 72211
- Compensation: Starting at $15.00+ hourly, depending on experience, with bonus potential
- Position type: Part Time
- Schedule: Flexible hours, including weekends
- Lifting and carrying heavy supplies
- Operating powered equipment (mowers, trimmers, etc.)
- Performing manual labor for long periods, often in extreme temperatures
- Maintaining physical strength and stamina
- Working outdoors
- Experience in maintaining property grounds, ensuring a clean and attractive environment
- Knowledge of basic landscaping techniques, including mowing, edging, trimming, and mulching
- Ability to safely use and maintain equipment such as mowers, trimmers, and blowers
- Commitment to creating a welcoming and safe environment for residents and visitors
- Team‑oriented mindset with a willingness to assist maintenance technicians as needed
- Effective communication skills for interacting with residents and team members
- Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for daily assignments
- Maintain the property's grounds, including lawn care, trash removal, and upkeep of common areas
- Ensure walkways, parking lots, and outdoor amenities are clean, safe, and well‑maintained
- Assist with minor maintenance tasks such as replacing light bulbs or reporting larger maintenance issues
- Collaborate with the maintenance team to prepare units for new residents
- Respond promptly to work orders and property needs as directed by management
- Maintain proper inventory of tools and supplies needed for daily tasks
- Participate in seasonal property projects, such as snow removal or holiday decorations
