- Educate patients and families on treatment plans and disease management
- Active LPN / LVN License (State of Arkansas or Compact)
- Home Health experience - Minimum 2 years (Required)
- Homecare Homebase (HCHB) experience - Required
- CPR Certification - Required
- Valid Driver's License - Required
- Reliable Transportation with Insurance - Required
- Graduate of an Accredited Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) or Nursing Diploma Program
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
- CHPN Certification
