Summary of

Job Duties:

Under the direction of the Director, of the Appointment Business Center (ABC) the Registered Nurse (RN) will improve patient outcomes and promote wellness by navigating and performing the following duties: nurse triage, insurance prior authorizations of clinic in office procedures, patient appointment scheduling, referral management of internal and external patient referrals, and complete post discharge follow up calls for given patient populations.

Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications:

* Bachelor's Degree, Associates Degree, or Diploma in Nursing

* Three (3) years nursing experience

* Current/Valid Arkansas Registered Nursing License. BLS certification.

* Strong computer and typing skills

Preferred Qualifications:

* Bachelor's Degree in Nursing

* Two (2) years of experience in Nurse Triage, Appointment Scheduling, Patient Access, Clinic nursing, or any combination of the four.

* ACLS certification or obtain certification within one year of hire date.

* Call center experience, Epic Nurse Triage Module
