Job Overview- Residential Campus – Little Rock, AR
The Centers is seeking an experienced, motivated Registered Nurse to serve as Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) on our Little Rock residential campus, serving children and adolescents.
This leadership role supports daily nursing operations within a structured, therapeutic residential setting. The ADON reports to RN Program Managers and works collaboratively with multidisciplinary leadership to ensure clinical excellence, regulatory compliance, and high-quality patient care.
The Assistant Director of Nursing plays a key role in supervising nursing staff, supporting clinical operations, and maintaining standards of care across the residential campus. This position requires strong clinical judgment, steady leadership, and the ability to guide teams in a fast-paced behavioral health environment.
