Summary of

Job Duties:

*** The Clinical Services Manager (CSM) provides leadership coverage for approximately 40 FTEs at our NLR and Colonel Glenn Orthopedic Clinics.***

The CSM is responsible for managing nursing personnel, administering patient services, serving as a nurse, acting as a liaison between physicians and nurses, and serving on various committees. Provides guidance and direction to nurses and coworkers to ensure smooth processes, quality, and excellent customer service. The duties of the CSM contribute to the effort to further the mission of UAMS:
To improve the health and health care of Arkansans.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing.
• Minimum 5 years of clinical nursing experience plus 3 years demonstrated leadership (formal/informal)
• Current Registered Nurse License in the State of Arkansas.
• Current BLS certification or must be obtained within the first 30 days of employment.
• Excellent communication skills
• Basic computer skills
• Strong work ethics and accountability

Preferred Qualifications:

• Masters of Science in Nursing (MSN)
